Energiesprong Germany uses the innovative approach to develop an optimal market and framework conditions for serial renovation to significantly increase the renovation rate by 2030 for multi-family homes, single-family homes and non-residential buildings.
After coming across the Energiesprong approach and being impressed by its results and potential, the German Energy Agency (dena) founded a market development team in 2017.*
The German Energiesprong team consists of experts from dena and other industry experts. Together, the team contributes interdisciplinary expertise and experience in order to spread prefab net-zero retrofits according to the Energiesprong approach as quickly as possible.
In doing so, we work closely with a committed and diverse network consisting of the housing and construction industry, manufacturing companies, architectural, planning and consulting firms, public and private portfolio holders, as well as political decision-makers and supporting organisations.
