Day 1: Explore the Energiesprong approach
The international programme starts on Monday 7 September with an in-depth introduction to the Energiesprong approach: how it works, what it has achieved and what is needed to bring it to new markets. Participants will meet established Market Development Teams, hear lessons from LIFE-funded European projects and discuss how funding and investment can support the next phase of market development. The programme also includes a visit to an Energiesprong renovation project in Berlin, offering the opportunity to see the approach in practice.
Day 2: Experience the Energiesprong Festival
The conversations and insights from Monday provide a valuable foundation for the Energiesprong Festival on Tuesday 8 September, organised by dena and Energiesprong Germany. The festival brings together around 350 representatives from construction, housing, real estate, municipalities, public authorities, policy, planning and consultancy. Participants can meet German market leaders, discover emerging innovations and explore practical solutions for scaling industrialised renovation. The programme includes inspiring talks, best practices, workshops, an innovation parcours and extensive networking opportunities.
Two days of international exchange
Across the two days, participants will gain a first-hand understanding of the Energiesprong model, connect with the people driving the movement forward and explore how their organisation could contribute to its continued growth.
For International Audiences
A dedicated International Stage will bring European perspectives and experiences into the festival. All sessions on the International Stage will be held in English. English interpretation will be available for plenary sessions held in German.
