Building for tomorrow, free of the compromise of today, because we all share the same home.
What are the projects helping us deliver our mission?
Renovating existing homes is a global challenge, which is why Energiesprong teams across multiple countries are joining forces. Together, we aim to accelerate scaling and avoid duplication of efforts.
LIFE Reno Tides: Supporting staged massive retrofit with collective buy-in-schemes
Phased industrial retrofit approach: guiding homes to A/B energy labels. With rising material costs and interest rates, achieving Net Zero in one step has become more challenging for housing organizations across Europe.
LIFE Giga Regio Factory: Scaling affordable zero-energy renovations through industrialisation
Giga Regio Factory is developing an open-source tool to better qualify housing and enable smarter aggregation for large-scale zero-energy retrofits. It also supports companies in creating fully industrialised renovation solutions.
LIFE Arec Reno: Agro Reno Empower Collective
Driving the next stage of collective buy-in schemes for deep renovation across entire districts of social housing. By fostering strong cooperation, building inclusive workforces, using bio-based and agro materials, and developing smarter business models, this project aims to deliver deep renovation for at least 88 homes in four countries.

Transform-ER: Transform. Engage. Retrofit.
Transform. Engage. Retrofit. (Transform-ER) is a game-changing, consortium-led project funded by Innovate UK thats tackling retrofit’s biggest barriers to scale to enable one million home upgrades every year by 2030. It’s designed to create a cohesive, industrialised sector that delivers high-performance, cost-effective solutions through a standardised process.
LIFE Energy Poverty 0 (EP0)
The LIFE Energy Poverty Zero's main objective is to support progress toward scale up of deep energy retrofit in vulnerable district to fight energy poverty by combining existing efforts on energy poor people support, one-stop-shops, deep-energy retrofit industrialisation and district-based dynamics.
